We adults tend to think of snacks as sweet little bits of foods that we eat for enjoyment more than to assuage hunger or to provide nutrition. This is not true for your baby or toddler. Toddler Hors d’oeuvre Recipe:
Fresh Fruit Hors d’oeuvres
1 ripe mashed banana, or some avocado or other mashed fruit
1/2 C chopped nuts, (if not allergic, of course)
2 teaspoons honey
Do not cook but form into balls and refrigerate or freeze!
